hello birds!
how are you on this lovely sunday morning?!
i found these random two breakfasts
on my camera from a few days ago?
this one must be waaaay old because thats definitely dark chocolate dreams. which has been gone for a while now. im done off with another jar and a half since this breakfast. either which way. scrumptious.
i can always manage to get pictures of breakfast. then its all downhill from there. maybe i should reformat my blog? ;] [p.s. loooove that blog. so quaint!]
anywhoooo. onto bigger and better things. like yesterday!
i decided to channel my inner lolita yesterday and have a ‘sloth day‘.
[disregard that she worked all evening. and i did quite the opposite.]
so yes yes. sloth day. home makes me so laaaazy.
[and i certainly dont mean sexy.]
but i absolutely love it. aint no shame in being a big ole blob from time to time.
i woke up to a simple breakfast of sorts.
super bananical oats with peanut butter. and crooked coffee. hit the spot.
the oats were way hot and as i let them cool the peanut butter got super oozey.
[speechless.]
i putzed around the house. chilled with the cathmeister. yada yada.
lunch was pretty lame. our produce is seriously lacking as of current.
i usually opt for fresh romaine and spinach but all we had was some bagged stuff. it sufficed. topped with green bell pepper. pineapple and something or another salsa. and kashi fireroasted veggie crackers. [my fave flavor for sure.]
with a side of crooked cottage cheese and more kashi love.
throughout the day i munched on various things. such as:
this dish was overflowing when i got home yesterday. and the nibblage did not stop after this picture. man oh man do i love reeses.
im trying with all my might to unpack the stuff from my apartment but well.. yeah. anyways. i was looking through some boxes of stuff in my room [not apartment stuff. old room stuff.] and i found these gems:
i love my life.
our house is full of food. but theres nothing to eat. it drives me bonkers.
so dinner was a old favorite.
a crooked sweet potato. chickpeas. bbq sauce. bananas peppers. and then a little package of apple slices i found in the fridge. thanks subway.

either way. dinner was delish.
a bit later i met up with my gal brittany and we went uptown to some of the bars. let me just say that i live in a town of sixthousand [pretty sure thats including the livestock]. surrounded by cornfields. and cattle. and tractors. the bars are.. well. this sure aint no college campus. but i do love me a good nascar jacket.
we chitted and chatted and caught up. i flirted around with my fellah mister daniels. it was a good time for sure. our gal elaina showed up a bit later. i hadnt seen these gals much since high school. elaina is now married and brittany has a wee baby and is essentially engaged. dont worry. im still eternally single and horribly immature. nice.
a few fellas tried their darndest to get me to cheat on my boy jack with their friend jose but i wasnt havent it. i knew my gal tammy would never have it.
[im such a hick. yeehaw.]
anyways. i came home and polished off the hot and spicy cheez its. and the easter candy. mmmm.
there was obviously more chocolate and peanut butter action than shown here. but well. i was too busy eating to take pictures. oops.
then i passed out.
and now its sunday. sunday fun day. fun in the sun day. [?!]

i havent really been taking pictures of my eats. oops.
i keep forgetting and then i started packing and
so i couldnt upload them anyways because i didnt
have my card reader. but mostly im just a lazy piece.

anyways. im homeeeee! woo hoo. only there is a lot
of junk in my house foodwise. that cath doesnt eat.
so then i eat it all. last night i did a number on the
easter candy i didnt finish up when i was home in
april and the hot and spicy cheez its. what can i say..
im the poster child for healthy eating. hahahaha. oy.
but this morning i started off so fresh and so clean clean!
youll see all about it tomorrow. i think im going to try
to do the whole recap the previous day in the morn gig.
well see how long that holds up eh?
aaaaaanyways. thursday night i finished up my first
semester of senior year [im graduating early..i simply
cannot wait to enter into this lovely economy. oy ve.]
so me and some pals had to go out and celebrateeee!
the only thing better than pictures of good eats are

im all out of hummus. and most every food that i eat.
but i have lots of random stuff ive accumulated over
the year that i need to try to eat up. its quite tragic.
last night i conned my friend into buying me pita pit though.
i got the biggest pita evah. with hoards of hummus and
just about every vegetable you could imagine. hit the spot.
also. mica makes delectable peanut butter cookies:

please note that the dark chocolate dreams lasted three days.
and the cinnamon raisin swirl is well over half gone. [half full?]
surprisingly the white chocolate wonderful is my favorite of the
flavors. i say surprisingly because i dont like white chocolate.
but i loooooove cinnamon and raisins and dark chocolate. hmmm.
anyways. thats why i have like completely obliterated that jar yet.
just a few dips here and here. i always save the best for last.

so good. but not so much a balanced meal/snack
whatever it was. my eats were so sporadic yesterday
thanks to an oddball shift at the cupcake factory.
anyways. back to this peanut butter and co business..
as i mentioned in a previous post i received the best
birthday present EVER from my dearest galfriday!!!
the lovely emily put together a blogger birthday club.
i was lucky enough to get paired up with heather.
anyways. the highlight of the gift was the box it came in:

i was trying to save the peanut butters and actually did not even crack them open until this friday. throughout the day i had some of all three. so goshdiddlydang amazing. i tried really hard to consume them in moderation. i actually didnt do too bad on friday. last night however. i did quite a number on the dark chocolate dreams. no regrets though because i know heather would want me to go at all of those jars like there was no tomorrow. yall know me. i aim to please. theyll be gone in no time heather. no worries. ;]
also. those maple nut oaties..holy mackerel. there are no words.
i ate the whole batch in like three days. and i certainly didnt share. greedygreedy.

today has been quite a lazy day indeed. the last few weeks have been crazzzzy with the end of the semester and exams and projects and the cupcake factory and such so im glued to my bed. splendid!

to be honest ive had a computer since monday
[ended up having to just buy a new one. so having
to wait the two weeks to see if my fatherman could
fix it was sort of for naught. cest la vie am i right?]
..but yeah. anyways. i just wasnt ready to get back
into the whole blogging thing. im still sort of not.
as in i havent been taking pictures of my eats. but
truuuuuuust me. ive been eating. in excess. yum!
obviously not a complete representation of what
i have been eating for the past two and a half or
